Shell Recycling Coordinator

A lifelong oysterhead, Jamie is a master’s student in Geography at the University of Georgia, keen on understanding how circular economies can protect coastal ecosystems and the more-than-human communities that rely on them. He’s passionate about social and environmental justice and preserving the natural resources that have fed both his heart and his stomach. As Shell to Shore’s Shell Recycling Coordinator, Jamie is turning that passion into action, one oyster shell at a time.
